Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of processlogic.co.za and any products or services offered by Process Logic (Innovative Business Solutions), a South African business (“we,” “us,” “Process Logic”). By using this site or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.

1. What we offer

Dashboards — one-time-purchase Excel/Google Sheets business templates, sold via Lemon Squeezy and Selar.

Rekindle — a real estate CRM web application, currently in beta. Beta access is free. Beta software may change, break, or be discontinued at any time without notice, and is provided without any uptime or performance guarantee.

Custom Builds — bespoke software work scoped and agreed individually by email. These Terms of Service do not cover custom build engagements; those are governed by a separate written agreement between Process Logic and the client.

2. Purchases and payment

All Dashboard purchases are processed entirely by our third-party payment partners — Lemon Squeezy or Selar. We do not process, see, or store your payment information. Your purchase is subject to that platform’s own terms and refund policy in addition to these terms.

3. Rekindle beta terms

Rekindle is currently free and in beta. This means:

• No payment is currently required or accepted for Rekindle
• The product may have bugs, missing features, or downtime
• We may add a paid subscription tier in future, with advance notice to beta users before any charge applies
• We may end the beta program, or a specific user’s access to it, at any time

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site, and all Dashboard/Rekindle product content, designs, and code, remain the intellectual property of Process Logic unless otherwise agreed in writing. Purchasing a Dashboard product grants you a license to use that specific file for your own business purposes — it does not grant you the right to resell, redistribute, or repackage it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site or our products to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ data
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute our products without permission
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose

6. Limitation of liability

Our products are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Process Logic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or this site. This is especially true for Rekindle while it remains in beta — see Section 3.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our products change (for example, when Rekindle moves from free beta to a paid subscription). Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above, and Rekindle beta users will be notified by email of any change that affects them directly.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
