Process Logic (Innovative Business Solutions) (“we,” “us,” “Process Logic”) operates processlogic.co.za. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we handle it, in line with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and, for international visitors, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We collect very little information, and this policy describes exactly what — not a generic template.
Process Logic (Innovative Business Solutions) is a South African business (CIPC-registered) building spreadsheet-based business tools, SaaS products, and custom software.

We do not collect any personal information on processlogic.co.za when you purchase a dashboard product. Purchases are made entirely on our payment partners’ own platforms — Lemon Squeezy or Selar — which are external checkout providers. We never see, collect, or store your payment details, and no payment data ever touches our website. Refer to Lemon Squeezy’s and Selar’s own privacy policies for how they handle your information during checkout.
If you join the Rekindle beta waitlist, we collect only your email address. This is used for one purpose: to notify you when Rekindle is ready to test. We do not sell, share, or use this email address for any other purpose.
The Rekindle beta list and the contact form below are the only on-site forms we operate. If that changes, this policy will be updated to reflect it.
If you send us a message through the contact form on this site, we collect your name, your email address, and the message you write, plus which page you sent it from. We use it for one purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to it. The message is delivered to us by email through Resend and is not added to any marketing list.
If you email us directly instead, we only receive what you choose to include in that email.
The Kestrion mobile app has its own privacy policy, because it works differently from this website: your logs stay on your phone. See the Kestrion privacy policy.
If something on the site breaks in your browser, we receive an automatic error report through Sentry. It describes the failure — the page, your browser, and a stack trace — not you. We have configured it not to send IP addresses, cookies, or request headers, and we use it only to find and fix faults.
We use Vercel Web Analytics, a first-party, cookieless analytics service. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not collect personally identifiable information — it reports aggregated, anonymous visit data (e.g. page views, general traffic trends) only. No consent banner is required because no tracking cookies are set.
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other advertising or cross-site tracking script. The only other third-party code the site loads is Sentry, which reports application errors — see section 5. It is not used to track you, and it builds no profile of your visit.
We hold very little: your email address if you joined the Rekindle beta, and your name, email address and message if you wrote to us through the contact form. Each is used only for the purpose you gave it for — telling you when Rekindle is ready to test, or replying to your enquiry. We do not run marketing campaigns off either, and we do not share them with any third party.
| Service | Purpose | What they see |
|---|---|---|
| Lemon Squeezy | Dashboard product checkout | Whatever you provide directly to them at checkout — we never receive this |
| Selar | Dashboard product checkout | Same as above |
| Resend | Sends the Rekindle beta confirmation email, holds the beta waitlist, and delivers contact-form messages to us | Your email address, and — for a contact-form message — the name and message you submit |
| Vercel Web Analytics | Anonymous, cookieless site traffic reporting | No personal information — aggregated data only |
| Sentry | Reports front-end errors so we can find and fix crashes | Technical detail about the failure — the page, your browser, and a stack trace. Configured not to send IP addresses, cookies, or request headers |
We do not sell personal information to anyone, for any reason.
Under POPIA (and GDPR, if you’re contacting us from the EU/UK), you have the right to:
To exercise any of these, email hello@processlogic.co.za. If you’ve joined the Rekindle beta waitlist and want to be removed, email us and we will remove your address immediately.
We keep Rekindle beta signup emails only for as long as the beta programme runs, or until you ask us to remove your address, whichever is sooner.
We take reasonable technical measures to protect the limited data we hold. Because we don’t process payment data or store passwords on this site, our data-security exposure is minimal by design — most of the security responsibility for your information sits with the payment processor you use at checkout.
If what we collect changes — for example, when Rekindle adds its own payment system — we’ll update this page and revise the “Last updated” date above.
